What are the minimum quantities I can order?

The minimum quantity you can order for:

Circular knits : 5000 pcs in several style but in similar materials with 3(three) colors.

Flat knits : 5000 pcs in one style in similar material with 2 (two) colors.

Woven : 5000 pcs in one style in similar material with 2 (two) colors.

Lower quantity order can also be taken with certain conditions.

What is maximum daily production of knit, woven and sweaters?

In average, Knitted shirts : 20,000 pcs/day

Sweaters basic: 3,000 pcs/day

Denim bottoms: 1,500 pcs/day.

Does your company work on all types of garments?

Yes, we are capable to produce

Circular Knit (T-Shirt, Polos, pajamas, etc)

Flat knit (Pullovers, Sweaters, etc) garment,

Woven (shirts, denim, trousers etc.)

Sweater wears

Undergarments.

What are the requirements for a quotation?

In order to receive accurate and fast quotation you have to fill up our online form available at http://www.trendzgroup.com/quote.html.

How prices are generally quoted?

Prices for Garments are normally quoted in the ratio S: M: L: XL as 1:2: 3:2 for Men’s and S: M : L as 1: 2: 1 for ladies. Our prices are FOB, C&F and CIF as per customer requirements.

What are the requirements to produce a sample?

First our quoted price should be accepted by buyers then we can start produce samples. We need actual samples or sketch+measurement chart to produce a sample.

Shall I have to pay for the samples and their shipping cost?

You will only have to pay if you decide not to make the order. For queries, we may not charge for samples but you are to pay shipping cost. You can also ship though post paid courier for those buyers who do not have a courier account.

Do you maintain any stocks in fabrics?

We do not maintain any stocks, on receiving of order as well as letter of credit we makes fabrics as per buyers order. On buyers request for cheaper or promotional items we agree to use stock fabric for such specific request.

Do you follow our color sheds?

Yes, we are capable to follow any possible color for your items. You can send a colour swatch or refer to a pantone number. All pantone references are available here http://www.trendzgroup.com/pantone.html

What are the modes of payment?

Our payment terms are through irrevocable & transferable letter of credit at sight payable. If the order value below USD 15000.00 we will ask our buyers to wire transfer the full amount in advance. If buyers are not willing to wire transfer in advance full amount we will accept L/C but we will charge additionally USD 800.00 for L/C handing.

How should I prepare my L/C (letter of credit)?

We usually request clients to open L/C in our favour. This is then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh, which open a back-to-back L/C guaranteed by your L/C in order to purchase the raw material and accessories needed for your order. Make sure that your L/C reaches us on time which may affect production process. A customized L/C Specimen is sent for your reference along with the pro-forma invoice for each order. A L/C specimen in Microsoft word format is available and can be downloaded from our site.

What are delivery terms?

FOB Chittagong sea port or Dhaka International Airport, C&F or CIF by sea or air. Timing terms are based on the date of reception of your L/C, not from order confirmation date.

What is the normal Shipment Period?

On an average, each order will take below captioned timing, assuming normal timings for approvals and order details:

Circular knit - 45 to 60 days for solid color and 90/120 days for yarn dyed garments from the date of reception of clean L/C in bank.

Flat knit - 60 to 120 days from the date of reception of clean L/C in bank.

Woven – 60 to 120 days from the date of reception of clean L/C in bank.

Can you design on our behalf?

We have our own designer & capability to make design as per customers' choice .

Can you custom pack if requested?

Yes, We are flexible to customize at any extent. We need your specifications for that.

Do you have quality assurance plan and personnel in order to produce quality products?

TRENDZ is one of the rare companies in Bangladesh who owns a quality plan, compliant to international quality code/ standards. We believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn to finished products stage in accordance to the MIL-STD-105E along with AATC, ASTM and ISO codes and standards to deliver flawless garments.
